About Phasmophobia

Ever longed to experience the thrill of entering a quiet, deserted house with electromagnetic wave detectors, crying out to the unseen powers in the dark? Phasmophobia will turn that wish into a reality. This is a real psychological test of courage, collaboration, and reasoning skills under tremendous strain, unlike normal ghost-hunting gun games.

What is Phasmophobia?

The psychological horror game Phasmophobia supports four-player multiplayer. Your crew will investigate paranormal freelancing. Your contracts will come from small suburban homes, abandoned schools, and massive mad asylums. You're not supposed to kill ghosts, only recognize them.

Microphones let ghosts listen, answer questions, and become angry if you call them by their real names. The creature will switch from scare-inducing to "predator" mode, closing the doors and hunting everyone as the team's vigilance dips.

You're not an exorcist. You're an investigator. Gather three pieces of evidence, close the book, and leave before it's too late.

How to play Phasmophobia

The Breach

On your first entry, don't bring bulky items like notebooks or DOTS projectors. The ideal team needs: a powerful flashlight, a thermometer, and an EMF meter.

Stroke quickly through the rooms to find the "Ghost Room"—a place with unusually low temperatures or thrown objects. Don't talk; listen for footsteps or doors opening.

The Set-up

Once you've identified the Ghost Room, turn it into a "laboratory."

Use a notebook, a DOTS projector, and turn on a wide-angle hidden camera to cover the entire room.

Shine a UV light directly onto a nearby door to easily spot fingerprints if the ghost accidentally touches it. Retreat to the truck to check the cameras and preserve your Sanity score.

The Provocation

This is when you need to gather tough evidence. Send the bravest person into the room alone with the Spirit Box, turn off the lights, and start asking questions.

The person outside the truck must continuously report the team's Sanity level and observe the sensor's fluctuations.

The Hunt

When your flashlight starts flashing continuously, the ghost has locked the front door and begun its hunt.

Immediately turn off your flashlight. The game records your microphone sound. If you scream or talk, the ghost will locate you and come after you.

Never run in a straight line. Turn into blind corners, hide in closets, or take cover behind large obstacles.

Have a great experience with Phasmophobia!
