Explore the house to find necessary items. However, be careful—the layout of rooms and furniture can shift illogically whenever you turn your back.
Your ultimate goal is to keep the baby from losing its mind and avoid getting trapped forever in hallucinations until the clock strikes 6 AM.
The baby's crying is the fastest way to spike your delirium meter. Drop whatever you are doing and prioritize soothing the baby immediately.
When your Delirium meter is high, the game spawns fake items or doors. Don't try to interact with a floating baby bottle or a shadow at the end of the hall; instead, turn on the lights or take sedatives to reduce hallucinations.
Darkness is your worst enemy. When the lights go out, stick to the well-lit paths and find the fuses fast to get the electricity back. The little creature's hunger and thirst and tiredness follow a consistent rhythm, albeit the hallucinations are always shifting. Knowing this rhythm allows you to have a bottle waiting before it opens its mouth to scream.
