Some enemies have the ability to drain your health continuously. You can't afford to make mistakes; only absolute precision will prevent your health bar from sliding to the left.
As the illness spreads, your screen may shake or blur. Consider the music's rhythm rather than the pictures.
Never press the punishing notes. Learn to read the sheet music to know when to press and when to release to dodge attacks.
