Mr. Hopp’s Playhouse 2 is the haunting sequel to the popular horror game Mr. Hopp’s Playhouse. This time, you follow a girl named Esther, who lives in a seemingly peaceful orphanage until three monstrous toys – Mr. Hopp, Mr. Stripes, and Miss Bo – come to life and turn it into a deadly maze.
Esther is an orphan living in St. Agnes Church. One night, she wakes up to find everyone gone. Only dark hallways remain, and raucous laughter echoes from afar. As she goes deeper, she realizes that the familiar toy dolls have turned into demonic creatures, hunting her in the darkness.
The story gradually unfolds the secret of the dark origins of the spirits in the toys and the connection between Esther, Ruby from the first part, and the horrific events in the past.
Find keys, pieces of paper, and hidden objects to unlock new areas. Avoid the patrolling toy monsters. Solve environmental puzzles to delve deeper into the secrets of the church.
The three haunted dolls have different hunting behaviors. Mr. Hopp moves silently and appears unexpectedly. Mr. Stripes has the ability to detect noises when you run or drop objects. Miss Bo often hides in hidden corners and appears when you are off guard.
Do not run unless you have to. Footsteps can attract monsters. Hide behind tables, beds, or in cabinets when you hear a roar or the background music changes. Collect all notes and items. They reveal the plot and hints for puzzles.
